Conference fees are payable at the time of registration using most major credit cards, and also via wire bank transfer.

*Payments: Eligibility for the early payment registration fee is based on the date the payment is completed, and NOT on the date the registration is made. To ensure you receive the early registration fee, please complete your payment prior to midnight PDT, August 19, 2013.

FFAG’13 Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be provided in writing to ffag13@triumf.ca. No refunds will be provided for cancellations after August 19, 2013. This policy also applies to companions. Refunds may be granted for no-shows under extenuating circumstances. Refunds will be processed after the conference.

Visa Requirement
If traveling from outside Canada, you may need a visa to enter Canada. For a list of countries requiring visas, click here.

To request a visa letter, you must first be registered for the FFAG’13 Workshop. On the registration form there is a place for you to request a visa letter. Please also send an email to ffag13@conferences.triumf.ca letting us know that you have indicated this request.
